The test arrived quickly and was super easy to use. The instructions were easy to follow and included pictures that I thought were helpful. The kit comes with everything you need and collecting the blood sample took me only about 5 minutes. I was worried about what the blood prick would be like but it was easy and almost painless. (The needle is hidden and you press until there’s a click. Kind of similar to a pen.) The only thing is that you have to be careful when dropping the blood onto the card so that it only goes in the correct square. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that is concerned or curious about their vitamin levels and doesn’t feel like going to the doctor.
